About Me

My name is Christian and I’m the Outdoor Pizza Chef and full-time hobby pizzaiolo. I’ve been making pizzas outdoors at home for a long time and see myself as a seasoned pizza veteran. My favorite type of pizza is the Neapolitan type. I love the fluffy cornicione. This is a place where I share my learnings, tips & tricks, and pizza tools I like.

I only eat pizza when I’m happy, and when I’m sad. Sometimes I eat it when I’m alone. When I have company, I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I am not hungry and eat it when I am. Otherwise I never touch it—unless I’m starving.
